2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your account.
3. Acceptable Use
- No illegal, abusive, or spam content.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or circumvention of limits.
- No unauthorized automation outside your enabled plan features and platform permissions.
4. Content Review Disclaimer
Drafted content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or off-brand. You must review and edit before posting. JoltSage does not guarantee outcomes.
5. Threads & Instagram
- Lite, MCP, and Pro AI can sync Threads analytics through approved Meta API permissions.
- Lite can publish eligible single posts immediately. MCP and Pro AI can publish approved posts immediately and use Threads API scheduling.
- Pro AI can read replies and assist with manual reply management. JoltSage does not auto-reply.
- Pro AI can run keyword-search workflows for discovery use cases.
- If you choose delete actions, JoltSage can request Threads post deletion through supported API capabilities.
- Threads is linked to Instagram. Violations on IG can affect Threads.
- Aggressive automation behavior can reduce reach or trigger enforcement. You are responsible for compliance.
6. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
7. Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers only. Renewals or upgrades are not refundable unless there was a service failure attributable to JoltSage.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoltSage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
