## 1. Acceptance

By using JoltSage, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

## 2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your account.

## 3. Acceptable Use

- No illegal, abusive, or spam content.

- No scraping, reverse engineering, or circumvention of limits.

- No unauthorized automation outside your enabled plan features and platform permissions.

## 4. AI Content Disclaimer

Generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You must review and edit before posting. JoltSage does not guarantee outcomes.

## 5. Threads & Instagram

- Lite/Starter/Pro/Scale can sync Threads analytics through approved Meta API permissions.

- Pro/Scale can publish approved posts through Threads API scheduling.

- Pro/Scale can read replies and assist with reply management; Scale may optionally auto-reply within configured caps.

- Pro/Scale can run keyword-search workflows for discovery use cases.

- If you choose delete actions, JoltSage can request Threads post deletion through supported API capabilities.

- Threads is linked to Instagram. Violations on IG can affect Threads.

- Aggressive automation behavior can reduce reach or trigger enforcement. You are responsible for compliance.

## 6. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.

## 7. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers only. Renewals or upgrades are not refundable unless there was a service failure attributable to JoltSage.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoltSage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits.

## 9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
