# Refund Policy

## 1. 7-Day Refund (First-Time Subscribers Only)

If you are a new customer, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase.

## 2. No Refunds for Renewals or Upgrades

Refunds are not available for renewals or plan upgrades after any prior subscription history, unless there was a service failure attributable to JoltSage.

## 3. Cancellations

You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
